What they forget to realise is that they love their manager either I spite of their managerial role or because of their traits and virtues as a human, not their traits and virtues as a manager.
Same things go for the cleaner, the CEO, CFO, CTO, all that jazz.
If you have less admiration and a mutual resect and reverence for the cleaner than you do the manager, you have issues.
You have what are known as civilisational issues
A skewed sense of self worth.
A hubris insurmountable by any other species.
