Cheddar cheese

Baked beans

Three eggs

One very large portobello mushroom

Radishes

Olives

Dill

Parsley

Basil

and potato

The last time I ate was yesterday about 4 o’clock. I had a steak, mushrooms and fried potatoes. so, since eight yesterday eight this morning was 12 hours. It’s about 2 o’clock so that’s about 16 hours Fasted. and this will be the last thing I eat until tomorrow. so, 2 o’clock in the morning will be 12 hours and maybe 10 o’clock in the morning tomorrow will be around about 20-ish.
