The Silent Chef – White Bean Stew 1/x

So yesterday was an Omad.

And today, what did I do?

Well, I had a croissant and feta cheese with some tomatoes for breakfast add some parsley and some oranges juice, which is not really what I do. but now and again, you see you’ve just got to let your body kind of reset your carbohydrate use, and I like croissants. I love them, so I had that for breakfast and then I had a white bean stew, with some raw onions drenched in lemon juice and loads of salt.
